The Opportunity
You're not here to just crunch numbers. Youβre here to build critical infrastructure for how this organization handles, governs, and leverages data at scale. As a Senior Data Analyst, youβll be embedded in a high-performance team focused on delivering clean, connected, and trusted data solutions that power some of our clientβs most vital systems. The work is dynamic. The bar is high. The impact is real.
This role isnβt for spectators. Youβll be a linchpin across data governance, cataloging, stewardship, and enablement β and a partner to both technical and business teams. If you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and know how to turn complexity into clarity, keep reading.
What Youβll Do
β’ Lead project and stakeholder meetings, clarify requirements, and drive delivery.
β’ Build project plans, then execute relentlessly.
β’ Lead data cataloging efforts using enterprise metadata standards (e.g. Collibra), and coach others to follow suit.
β’ Partner with Data Governance, Analytics COE, Integration Services, and domain stewards to enforce high-quality metadata, data quality, and stewardship practices.
β’ Deploy and scale cataloging, DQ services, and metadata assessments across business areas.
β’ Identify risks before they become issues β and help engineer the solutions.
β’ Design integrated data service solutions that meet business needs, not just technical specs.
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
β’ Proven track record in business analysis and project execution.
β’ Ability to operate across both IT and business stakeholders β you speak both languages.
β’ Strong communicator, both written and verbal β you bring people with you.
β’ Detail-oriented, self-driven, outcome-obsessed.
Technical Skills:
β’ SQL (strong); Python (preferred)
β’ Familiarity with data catalog tools like Collibra DIP / DQO
β’ Experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI), databases, and data product development.
β’ Ability to read and interpret code (no need to be a full-stack dev, but you should hold your own in technical conversations)
Bonus:
β’ Youβve worked with or built predictive models β and know how to apply advanced analytics in a business context.
β’ You know what it means to build resilient, scalable data products β not just βpretty dashboards.β
Why This Role Matters
Data is the backbone of decision-making. This role puts you at the heart of shaping how data is defined, trusted, and deployed. Youβre not here to babysit reports. Youβre here to build capability. Influence standards. Coach teams. Move the needle.
