Job Title: Senior Data Analyst Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ months (possible extension) Job Description: Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise and a solid background in the Financial Services domain, particularly in Trading, Lending, and Loans systems. Key role in analyzing data requirements, documenting functional specifications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze data requirements and identify disparate data sources for consolidation and distribution. • Create and maintain functional specifications and documentation. • Review and align logical and conceptual data models with business requirements. • Produce detailed business specifications and functional design documents. • Validate implemented solutions against business and functional requirements. • Support production deployments and investigate data quality issues. • Collaborate with product owners, data analysts, technology teams, and core developers. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong SQL expertise and database skills. • Solid understanding of wholesale loans, lending business, Capital Markets, Broker/Dealer, Finance, or Risk Reporting. • Hands-on experience with data tracing and data lineage activities. • Knowledge of logical and physical data models. • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis. • Experience in implementing data solutions on Big Data platforms is a plus.
