Role description
Role: Senior Data Analyst
Client: Johnson&Johnson
100% Remote
Responsibilities:
β’ Conduct in-depth profiling of large, complex source system datasets
β’ Partner with business owners and site leads to understand how data is truly used
β’ Develop and validate data relevancy logic to define migration scope
β’ Analyze data cleanliness and quality; produce baseline quality insights
β’ Identify patterns that distinguish active, operationally relevant data from legacy or inactive records
β’ Use SQL and statistical techniques to explore, test, and validate hypotheses
β’ Document findings, assumptions, and decision logic clearly and thoroughly
β’ Communicate insights through compelling narratives and presentations to business and program leadership
β’ Contribute to a single data readiness dashboard used to assess migration preparedness
β’ Work in parallel across multiple migration waves in close collaboration with data operations and business teams
Qualifications:
β’ Strong SQL skills and experience working directly with large datasets
β’ Background in data analysis, data science, or analytical research
β’ Experience with data profiling, quality analysis, and exploratory statistics
β’ Proven ability to translate data findings into clear business insights
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills
β’ Experience working with business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
β’ Curious, investigative mindset
β’ Comfortable working in ambiguity and discovery-driven environments
β’ Strong data storytelling and presentation skills
β’ Experience supporting large-scale data migrations or transformations (preferred but not required)

β’ data analyst - they need to have strong business & data research skills; a highly investigative mindset with the ability to be business-facing and ask the right questions related to data exploration. They will be working closely with the data ops team, the system and business owners to do research on their systems answering questions such as "what data is migrated, what data is relevant, is the data clean, etc".
β’ MUST have solid data storytelling skills.
β’ They will be supporting the MedTech Supply Chain Digital "Runahead Analytics" team. This is related to their multi-year S4 HANA implementation for supply chain (TranSCend).
