Senior Data Analyst

Senior Data Analyst – Kansas City Metro (Hybrid/Onsite) What You’ll Do • Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights aligned to business objectives • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders • Partner with leadership to help shape and execute analytics strategy • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity through validation and cleansing processes • Collaborate with IT, BI, and analytics teams to integrate data solutions into business workflows • Work cross-functionally to understand data needs and deliver meaningful insights • Leverage modern analytics and modeling tools to support data-driven decision making • Stay current on emerging analytics tools, technologies, and best practices Tools & Technologies • Power BI • Microsoft Fabric • SQL • Python and/or R • Relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis and interpretation • Strong foundation in data analysis principles, statistical techniques, and data modeling • Experience building executive-level dashboards and reporting • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Comfortable partnering across departments and with senior stakeholders Nice to Have • Master’s degree • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate, CDMP) • Experience working in enterprise or highly regulated environments Additional Requirements • Must be local to the Kansas City metro area (hybrid/onsite presence required) • W2 only, this role is not open to C2C
