Role description
Senior Data Analyst – Kansas City Metro (Hybrid/Onsite) What You’ll Do β€’ Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights aligned to business objectives β€’ Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders β€’ Partner with leadership to help shape and execute analytics strategy β€’ Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity through validation and cleansing processes β€’ Collaborate with IT, BI, and analytics teams to integrate data solutions into business workflows β€’ Work cross-functionally to understand data needs and deliver meaningful insights β€’ Leverage modern analytics and modeling tools to support data-driven decision making β€’ Stay current on emerging analytics tools, technologies, and best practices Tools & Technologies β€’ Power BI β€’ Microsoft Fabric β€’ SQL β€’ Python and/or R β€’ Relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) What We’re Looking For β€’ 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis and interpretation β€’ Strong foundation in data analysis principles, statistical techniques, and data modeling β€’ Experience building executive-level dashboards and reporting β€’ Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail β€’ Comfortable partnering across departments and with senior stakeholders Nice to Have β€’ Master’s degree β€’ Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate, CDMP) β€’ Experience working in enterprise or highly regulated environments Additional Requirements β€’ Must be local to the Kansas City metro area (hybrid/onsite presence required) β€’ W2 only, this role is not open to C2C
