Role description
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant industry experience in a technical engineering and/or analytics capacity.
• Advanced SQL and Data Modeling Skills: Proven ability to build production-grade models in a cloud data lakehouse environment, such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• Full Stack Visualization Experience: Expertise in developing visualization and self service architectures using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Business Centric: Energized working directly with business users to understand where data can drive faster, more informed decisions.
• Ownership & Growth Mindset: A self-starter who takes full accountability for their work while constantly seeking feedback, learned from setbacks, and striving for continuous growth.
• Collaborative Spirit: A dedicated team player who values diverse perspectives and is committed to the collective success of the organization.

• Experience working with customer acquisition or sales funnel analytics.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry or other market-driven domains is a plus.
