Position Title: Data Analyst Sr
Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ β Hybrid
Working Hours (Flexible): 8-5
Acceptable time zone(s): Can flex based on time zone
Target Start Date: ASAP

Function of the group: Enterprise Architecture is responsible for technology standards, part of the governance crew
Current initiatives/projects that this resource will be impacting:
Automate current processes, process improvement work (process flows, assessments, data collection)
Centralize a scorecard to be used by Execs for the overall health of the program, compliance, and performance
Industry background:
Lean Six Sigma training
Process improvement background, organizational change management
Team dynamic: Architects, BSAs, Project Managers, Process Improvement specialists
Roles and Responsibilities:
Process improvement
Create the Power BI items based on what the team needs
Technical Skills: Candidate will be tasked to migrate from governance by PPT to data-driven with automated notifications, statuses, and reminders. Must also implement metric collection for processes.
Skill Set: Six Sigma Blackbelt with the following skills:
β’ MS Office tools β advanced user, particularly Excel
β’ Process flow tools β MS Visio or Aris
β’ MS Enterprise SharePoint β experienced (at least 2 years) administrator/designer of Lists with Forms, Views
β’ MS Power Apps: Power BI, Power Automate β experienced (at least 2 years) administrator/designer of reports and workflows
β’ Can extract and analyze large volumes of data using Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI
β’ Can create process flow diagrams (esp. swim-lanes) for existing processes
β’ Can analyze process steps in diagrams and identify required Inputs and Outputs, Suppliers and Customers for each step
β’ Can assist with validating procedure documents against existing process flow diagrams
β’ Can create/modify SharePoint sites and lists, considering audiences, access rights, views to protect data, etc.
β’ Can create/modify Power BI reports for large volumes of data
β’ Can create/modify Power Automate workflows for complex scenarios with multiple steps, evaluations (T/F), decision trees, etc.
β’ Can leverage Power Automate to create notification emails or Teams Alerts or approvals for specific workflow steps
