Job Title: Sr. Data Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Experience: 10+ years
Mandatory Skills:
β’ AWS, Microservices, Banking Domain Expertise.
Job Requirements:
β’ Banking and payments domain knowledge is a must and with migration experience would be nice.
β’ Capture the requirements and convert into the documentations.
β’ Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
β’ Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and project updates.
β’ Hands on experience on using monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
β’ Experience on platforms services such as Mule/Tibco/Datapower. - Nice to have.
β’ Leverage Java, spring and AWS services to create, deploy and manage applications in a secure and scalable cloud environment.
β’ Ensure system reliability and availability by monitoring system issues, create strategies to detect issues, address those issues, Design systems to troubleshoot automatically, Write and review post-mortems.
β’ Utilize statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, trends, and relationships.
β’ Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
β’ Prepare detailed reports and presentations to convey analytical results and support decision-making processes within the organization.
β’ Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and assist them in making data-driven decisions.
β’ Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
β’ Collaborate with IT and other departments to design and implement technology solutions that align with business goals.
β’ Participate in testing new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and function as intended.
β’ Mitigate operational risks by Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to identify potential risks.
β’ Provide technical support on batch job and file transfers issues during triages.
β’ Work within a hybrid model, balancing remote and on-site work to maximize productivity and collaboration.
