Key Responsibilities
β’ Analyse and interpret customer data to support strategic objectives and CRM optimisation
β’ Lead the analysis and documentation of existing (βas-isβ) legacy CRM data structures, identifying data quality issues, duplication, inconsistencies, and transformation needs
β’ Support the end-to-end data migration process β including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
β’ Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure accurate data migration into Salesforce
β’ Perform data quality assessments and implement validation rules post-migration
β’ Support data governance initiatives, including stewardship, ownership, and GDPR compliance
β’ Partner with sales, service, and marketing teams to understand data needs and deliver insights
β’ Contribute to UAT and validate data flows and integrations across platforms
β’ Provide documentation and training to enable business adoption of new CRM data tools and processes
Skills & Experience
β’ Strong background as a Data Analyst, with a focus on customer and CRM data
β’ Proven experience in data migration projects, particularly involving legacy CRM systems and Salesforce
β’ Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Python, and visualisation tools (Power BI or Tableau)
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce data models (Leads, Opportunities, Contacts, Accounts)
β’ Experience with Snowflake is advantageous
β’ Understanding of data governance, stewardship, and GDPR compliance
β’ Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and accessible way
β’ Experience working in agile or project-based delivery environments
