Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Quality
β’ Perform detailed data profiling of legacy application data using SQL and profiling tools to identify data patterns, anomalies, and quality gaps.
β’ Define and track data quality rules and metrics to assess fitness for migration and licensing operations.
β’ Work with technical teams to validate source-to-target mappings and data transformation logic.
β’ Support data cleansing and deduplication activities in partnership with the data migration and Salesforce teams.
Project & Communication Support
β’ Prepare comprehensive data artifacts including profiling reports, data dictionaries, mapping documents, and transformation specs.
β’ Develop and maintain status reports, dashboards, and other project tracking documents.
β’ Liaise with legacy system owners, business SMEs, and Salesforce implementation teams to gather data-related requirements and drive issue resolution.
β’ Document decisions, risks, and change control items associated with data conversion.
Coordination & Leadership
β’ Facilitate meetings and working sessions across technical and business teams.
β’ Collaborate with project managers and leadership to support planning, timelines, and milestone tracking.
β’ Serve as the data subject matter expert (SME) and first point of contact for data-related inquiries.
Required Qualifications
β’ 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or ETL/data migration projects.
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL and use of data profiling tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Trifacta, or equivalent).
β’ Experience with Salesforce data structures, particularly in licensing or case management implementations.
β’ Proven ability to prepare and maintain data documentation and conversion artifacts.
β’ Familiarity with government or regulatory data systems is highly desirable.
β’ Experience managing or supporting cross-functional project teams.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
