Senior Data Analyst (12-Month FTC)

We’re partnering with a growing organisation undergoing a major business transformation following a recent acquisition, and they’re looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join their expanding Data & Insight team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape how data is integrated, analysed and trusted across the business during a critical period of change. Working closely with senior stakeholders, data engineering and BI teams, you’ll deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and long-term reporting consistency.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead analysis to align and reconcile data across legacy and newly acquired systems
• Develop and maintain insightful, high-quality dashboards using Tableau
• Use Databricks to access, analyse and interpret large, complex datasets
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI and technical teams on integration and reporting solutions
• Partner with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and present actionable insights
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences
• Deliver KPI reporting, statistical analysis, data quality assurance and ad-hoc insight work
• Champion analytical best practices and support wider team capability
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in data analysis and reporting using SQL, Python and Tableau (or similar BI tools)
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
• Proven ability to work with multiple data sources and complex datasets
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Ability to balance autonomous working with cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and business impact
