Job Title: Sr. Analytics Developer Location: 47 Trinity Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30334 Interview Type: Web-Cam Interview Only Senior Analytics Developer to support enterprise data warehousing, business intelligence, and reporting initiatives. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing complex ETL workflows, conducting advanced data analysis, and delivering analytics solutions using modern BI tools including Power BI, BigQuery, Informatica IDMC, and Python. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex ETL processes for enterprise data warehouse solutions. • Create high-performing Informatica mappings, sessions, and workflows with a strong focus on data transformation and load optimization. • Build dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI and BigQuery for a variety of end users. • Perform advanced SQL and PL/SQL development, including indexing, tuning, and complex joins. • Translate business requirements into data and reporting solutions aligned with best practices in BI and data warehousing. • Conduct root cause analysis, perform detailed data validations, and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metadata, data modeling strategies (Star/Snowflake Schema), and reporting solutions. • Document technical specifications, unit tests, training guides, and solution architectures. • Mentor and support junior developers and team members. • Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and DHS standards. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. • 6+ years of experience with: • Power BI • BigQuery • Informatica IDMC • Python • Advanced skills in Oracle RDBMS 19c, including SQL optimization and performance tuning. • Proven experience developing complex ETL processes in Informatica. Preferred Qualifications: • Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerExchange/PowerCenter and IDMC. • Familiarity with OLAP, multidimensional modeling, and relational database technologies. • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools. • Understanding of Unix/Linux/Windows operating systems and software version control. • Exposure to Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs), fact/dimension tables, and logical/physical data modeling.
