β€’ NO THIRD PARTY RECRUITERS PLEASE β€’ W2 Contract Only Location: Seattle, Hybrid 3 days per week Description: We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in SQL Development, Python scripting, and financial systems to support and optimize data workflows for Cash Accounting journal entries. To build SQL-based ETL processes, automate business workflows using Python, and facilitate migration efforts to cloud systems. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with finance stakeholders. Must-Have Skills: β€’ 5 years of hands-on SQL development (stored procedures, query optimization, ETL). β€’ Proficiency in Python for scripting and process automation. β€’ Experience with version control tools (e.g., GitHub/Git). β€’ Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Oracle/SAP ERP) and basic accounting principles. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting data workflows. β€’ Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
