Title : Senior Data Engineer – Cloud & ETL Locations : Montvale, NJ Duration : 12+ months contract with possible extension Pay Range : $60 to $70/hr on W2 Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integration across systems • Optimize data storage and access for performance and scalability • Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure reliability of data systems • Implement data governance, security, and compliance measures • Stay current with data engineering technologies and best practices • Uphold a respectful, professional, and inclusive work environment Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala • Hands-on experience with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Talend) • Strong SQL skills and experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) • Solid understanding of data modeling and database design • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Please connect with me at (609) 257-2872 or drop me your contact at anil.chamoli@russelltobin.com .
