Senior Data Engineer – Commercial Pharma Analytics

Location: 100% Remote Duration: Long-term contract Pay: $85 - 105/hr W2 The Senior Data Engineer will partner directly with business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable data solutions that drive decision-making. Success in this role requires strong data engineering fundamentals, deep commercial pharma domain experience, and the ability to operate independently in a consulting-style environment. Key Responsibilities • Design and build scalable data pipelines supporting commercial pharma use cases • Translate stakeholder needs into data models and analytical datasets • Develop and maintain ELT pipelines across modern data platforms • Partner with business teams across sales, marketing, and patient analytics • Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability Requirements • 10+ years data engineering in production environments • 7+ years of commercial pharmaceutical data domain experience • Experience with Snowflake or modern cloud data platforms • Consulting or stakeholder-facing delivery experience • Experience with commercial pharma datasets (sales, claims, patient) - preferred Core Tech Environment AWS (S3, IAM) | Data Modeling | ELT | Healthcare Data | Python | Snowflake | SQL | Tableau/Power BI | Data Warehousing | Airflow
