Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake) – Remote (Contract) 📍 Location: Remote (Client based on East Coast) 📅 Duration: 14 Weeks 💼 Job Type: Contract 🕒 Weekly Hours: Varies (10–34 hours/week, phased schedule) 🟢 Start Date: End of September 2025 About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in Snowflake to join a short-term consulting project focused on data modeling and visualization. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with a consulting partner to design and build a scalable Snowflake architecture for a leading East Coast-based client. Key Responsibilities: • Lead technical requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders • Design and architect scalable solutions using Snowflake • Collaborate with a consulting partner to build out data pipelines and models • Support implementation and optimization throughout the project lifecycle Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience with Snowflake and modern data architectures • Strong skills in data modeling, ETL, and data visualization • Consulting experience or comfort working in client-facing environments • Able to ramp up quickly and work independently in a part-time/variable schedule Project Schedule: • Phase 1 (Requirements): ~10 hrs/week • Phase 2 (Build & Architecture): ~28–34 hrs/week • Phase 3 (Support): ~10–20 hrs/week
