Senior Data Governance Analyst McKinney, TX Long Term Contract Hybrid 3 Days F2F Interview santosh@ebusinesstechcorp.com Job description: Data Governance Analyst with strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience with the Informatica suite, especially CDGC. In this role, you will work on metadata scanning, data profiling, and cataloging activities sourced primarily from AWS Redshift. A deep understanding of SQL is essential to interpret metadata, validate data quality rules, and ensure alignment with data governance policies. Experience with Informatica Data Quality and Metadata Command Center is highly preferred. You will be responsible for executing and supporting data governance initiatives within the Data and Analytics team. This role involves hands-on activities to ensure data cataloging, quality, consistency, and usability for analytics and reporting through the implementation of governance principles. The analyst will perform key governance functions such as data profiling, cataloging, and monitoring while implementing and maintaining governance processes and standards. By collaborating with data Engineers, BI developers, and business users, the Data Analyst will directly contribute to a governed data environment that enables accurate and efficient decision-making and supports self-service analytics. Key Skills • 5+ Years Excellent Hands-on experience in SQL • 5+ years Excellent experience in Data Analysis, Data Catalog and Data/Analytics Quality • 2+ years Excellent hands-on expertise in Informatica Data Governance platform which includes CDGC, Data Quality, Data Validation and Metadata Command Center • Excellent communication skills to work with Business owners • Ability to scale and learn RPA tools like Automation Anywhere • Nice to have Business Analyst experience
