Key Responsibili • tiesLead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and ML models addressing large-scale, high-dimensional probl • ems.Architect data-driven systems combining statistical, predictive, and generative modeling techniq • ues.Evaluate and integrate emerging datasets, frameworks, and tools into scalable production pipeli • nes.Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and experiment with hybrid AI systems using agentic or classical approac • hes.Collaborate directly with clients to define project scope, design analytical solutions, and deliver business imp • act.Lead teams of data scientists, ensuring methodological rigor, reproducibility, and innovat • ion.Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through publications and research collaborati ons. Required Skills and Qualifica • tionsPhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or Master’s with 4–6 years of data science experi • ence.Expert in Python, statistical modeling, and advanced ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-le • arn).Deep understanding of data architecture, MLOps, and model lifecycle manage • ment.Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, fine-tuning generative models, and multi-agent sys • tems.Strong experience with big data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Az • ure).Proven ability to lead analytical projects, mentor teams, and communicate technical results to execut • ives.Experience in domains like healthcare, tech, or finance is a plus. Preferred Qualific • ationsExperience fine-tuning generative models and integrating classic AI techn • iques.Prior leadership experience and a record of mentoring junior colle • agues.Domain expertise in healthcare, transportation, technology, insurance, or related se ctors.
