Role Overview
We re seeking a highly experienced Data Scientist with deep expertise in AI/ML, RAAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and GenAI, who thrives on solving complex problems and creating transformative solutions in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
This is a fully remote position
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead and deliver advanced AI/ML models, with a focus on scalable solutions for real-world automotive applications.
β’ Design, develop, and implement RAAG pipelines to power next-gen intelligent systems.
β’ Build and optimize Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) for research and production environments.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and R&D to translate business objectives into data science strategies.
β’ Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to thought leadership in AI innovation.
β’ Drive end-to-end model lifecycle: data preparation, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Key Requirements
β’ 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, with a strong AI/ML focus.
β’ Proficiency in Python, AWS and key ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
β’ Deep knowledge of RAAG, GenAI, and LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.).
β’ Proven track record of delivering scalable AI/ML solutions in production.
β’ Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
β’ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
β’ Experience working in remote, cross-functional, and global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Automotive, robotics, or manufacturing experience.
β’ Ph.D. or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and MLOps tools.
