🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Data Scientist (Healthcare / Medicaid) 📍 Location: Mississippi (100% Onsite) 🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM 📅 Long-Term Contract Opportunity (Contract End Date 4/30/2029) We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in Medicaid data and healthcare analytics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with healthcare data, building analytical reports, and developing dashboards to deliver actionable insights for large-scale data initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Analyze healthcare claims and clinical data to identify trends, patterns, and insights • Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions • Build advanced analytical reports using modern reporting tools • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Evaluate reporting methodologies to ensure accuracy and consistency • Identify gaps in data and recommend improvements for reporting and analytics solutions • Support initiatives to improve data quality and data literacy across teams Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in advanced data analytics roles Strong experience working with Medicaid programs (REQUIRED) Experience building reports and dashboards using R and Microsoft Power BI Experience working with healthcare data such as claims and clinical datasets Strong ability to communicate complex analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Proven ability to manage workloads and meet critical project timelines Experience with Healthcare IT projects Experience working with healthcare payer data 📩 If you have deep experience with Medicaid data and healthcare analytics, we encourage you to apply or share your resume via LinkedIn message.
