Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer (Contingent Upon Award)

Overview We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer to design and deploy predictive models and reproducible ML workflows in a secure Azure-based data environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and tune predictive models for operational optimization Perform feature engineering and algorithm selection Design and implement ML training and deployment pipelines Conduct model validation and performance evaluation Ensure reproducibility and alignment with FAIR data practices Required Qualifications 5–10+ years in data science or machine learning Experience deploying ML solutions in Azure and/or Databricks Strong Python/R and modern ML frameworks Experience with MLOps and production model deployment Preferred Experience in federal or large enterprise data environments Azure ML, Databricks, or related certifications Job Types: Full-time, Contract Work Location: Remote
