Senior Data Scientist (Level 3) – Hybrid | Raleigh, NC We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join a leading global information and analytics organization. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Generative AI, LLM, and NLP solutions that support large-scale, customer-facing products. Location: Hybrid – Raleigh, NC (Local or semi-local candidates preferred; relocation considered) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6–12 Months) Employment Type: W2 Only No sponsorship available now or in the future Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG architectures • Build and maintain production-grade machine learning systems at scale • Collaborate closely with ML Engineers and cross-functional teams to deploy and enhance AI products • Support the complete ML lifecycle, including model development, deployment, monitoring, and feature enhancements Required Qualifications: • 8+ years of relevant Data Science experience, including a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and RAG implementations/evaluations • Proven experience developing and supporting production-grade ML systems • Experience working through the full product lifecycle from development to deployment and maintenance • Strong collaboration experience with ML Engineering teams during production deployments • Strong proficiency in Python If you're passionate about building innovative AI solutions and want to make an impact in a fast-paced, enterprise environment, we'd love to connect. 📩 Interested candidates, please share your updated resume or reach out for additional details.
