Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their team! This position is located in the Denver, Colorado area.
Duties:
β’ Design, implement, and refine prompts for various AI applications leveraging LLMs and RAG frameworks
β’ Integrate and configure LLM-based solutions within enterprise systems and workflows
β’ Conduct ongoing research to stay current with advancements in prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and LLM technologies
β’ Preprocess and analyze large datasets to support fine-tuning and training of language models
β’ Create detailed documentation and training materials to guide internal teams on best practices for prompt engineering and LLM utilization
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and researchers, to drive effective AI adoption
β’ Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards in all AI activities
β’ Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions that enhance automation, personalization, and decision-making across the business
Desired Skills/Experience:
β’ Bachelorβs in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
β’ Strong experience in prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and large language models: GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA
β’ Proficiency in Python
β’ Experience with data preprocessing, fine-tuning, and evaluation of machine learning models
β’ Solid understanding of machine learning principles, NLP techniques, and vector databases
β’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a focus on clarity and precision
β’ Working knowledge of data privacy and security regulations: GDPR, HIPAA
β’ Experience building or deploying RAG pipelines in production environments
