A ServiceNow Developer is responsible for underpinning good development processes including managing tools and testing environments, central code control, contributing to development standards and creating solutions that automate systems. A ServiceNow Developer delivers and integrates ServiceNow solutions. Person Specification: Essential Criteria Main Duties β€’ Transform technical requirements into an effective solution to meet objectives β€’ Build complex stories without additional support β€’ Manage live test environments β€’ Identify and resolve issues that are preventing delivery β€’ Develop test plans and strategies, building on the Automated Test Framework where required β€’ Support and maintain ServiceNow instances, including patching and upgrade activities β€’ Work with pre-sales and architects to support, validate and help deliver client presentations, workshops and responses to technical and business enquiries β€’ CSA, CAD and CIS HAM/SAM Pro certified, 2+ years ServiceNow implementation experience including integrations and HAM/SAM deployments β€’ Availability and capacity management.
