This role blends DevOps engineering, end-user technology, and technical evangelism to streamline developer onboarding, accelerate workflow efficiency, and promote best practices across teams.
The ideal candidate will bring a builder's mindset to DevOps - not just a user's perspective - with a proven ability to integrate Generative AI capabilities into development workflows.

• Lead initiatives to integrate Generative AI capabilities into developer workflows to improve productivity and solution quality.
• Partner with end-user collaboration and management teams to create seamless developer environments.
• Ensure all solutions meet audit, risk, and governance requirements.
• Act as a technical evangelist, mentoring and guiding developers on best practices, tooling, and workflow integration.
Required Technical Skills
Core Expertise:
• DevOps Engineering - CI/CD pipeline design, configuration, and management
• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python and Java; familiarity with JavaScript a plus
• Containerization: Experience with container creation, management, and deployment
• Cloud DevOps: Understanding of cloud-native CI/CD tools and practices
• End-User Technology: Expertise in desktop provisioning, software distribution, and virtualized environments (SCCM, VDI, etc.)
Additional Skills
• Experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI capabilities into development workflows
• Working knowledge of networking concepts (cloud and on-premises)
• Familiarity with audit, risk management, and governance practices
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in DevOps, software development, and end-user technology roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and mentorship skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Nice-to-Have
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven developer tools or integrating Generative AI into DevOps processes.
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise environments or government clients.
