We’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Customer Analytics Manager who not only excels in analytics but also knows where to find the data that matters. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of the end‑to‑end insight process - identifying gaps in data, sourcing the right information from across the business and external sources, and transforming it into strategic intelligence. Your work will directly influence senior stakeholders and shape commercial strategy across our B2B Enterprise market, maximising customer growth, retention, and profitability. Interview Dates - To be confirmed after advert closing date Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, source, and validate data needed to inform commercial strategy - going beyond existing data sets to uncover new insight opportunities. Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting on net adds, churn, and volume activity using Excel and Power BI. Analyse churn patterns and behaviours to develop proactive retention strategies. Evaluate sales and marketing performance to identify growth opportunities and optimise go‑to‑market approaches. Drive ARPU and margin growth by analysing customer cohorts, cost structures, and value drivers. Develop predictive models for churn and upgrade propensity to inform targeted initiatives. Collaborate with data, finance, digital, and operational teams to centralise data requirements, bridge data gaps, and continuously enhance analytics capability. Ensure robust data governance and quality standards across all reporting, modelling, and data‑acquisition activities. Monitor and report on core commercial metrics to support sales, marketing, and product teams in achieving strategic objectives. Act as a strategic advisor by guiding the business on where to look for insight, what data is required, and how it should be used to drive decision‑making. Candidate Requirements Essential Proven experience in advanced analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting within a B2B or Enterprise environment. Demonstrated ability to source data from multiple business systems, identify gaps, and construct reliable data sets for analysis. Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar platforms). Ability to interpret complex data landscapes and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. Highly analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Preferred Experience in telecoms, IT, or service-based industries. Knowledge of data governance principles and predictive modelling techniques. Familiarity with ARPU, margin analysis, and customer lifetime value modelling.
