📌 Location: Orlando, FL (4 Days Onsite)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Design & Evolve: Lead conceptual, logical, and physical enterprise data models.
• Bridge the Gap: Translate complex business processes and workflows into structured data domains.
• Collaborate: Partner with business stakeholders and data engineers to implement efficient structures across modern platforms.
• Govern: Establish and enforce organizational data modeling standards, naming conventions, and best practices (including data mesh/domain-oriented architecture).
• Optimize: Analyze existing systems to eliminate redundancies and improve scalability.
🛠️ Qualifications & Requirements:
• 12+ years of dedicated experience in Data Modeling (Dimensional, Normalized, Hybrid).
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Erwin.
• 10+ years of strong experience with SQL.
• Proven experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks).
• Strong familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
