Contract Duration: 12 Months Required Skills & Experience • Bachelors/University degree (BE/BTech/ME/MTech) or equivalent. • 10+ years of Data and Business analysis experience in functional design and documentation. • 7+ years of experience within Banking & Financial Services industry. • Strong experience with client financial metrics, specifically RoTCE (return on tangible common equity). • Expertise in Agile/Scrum Methodologies. • Proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Project Management, and Release Management. • Experience with querying, analytics, and reporting in MSaaS/MongoDB/Hive databases. • Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools like SQL or Python or Big Data. • Extensive expertise using Excel for data analysis, along with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Visio). • Experience preparing PowerPoint presentations and ability to handle communication at senior levels of management. • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to explain technical details in a clear, concise manner. • Experience with stakeholder management and communicating with senior levels of management teams • Excellent technical writing skills, capable of producing high quality requirements documents. • Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.
