Role description
Role: Senior Google Analytics Admin / Developer Location Raritan NJ Onsite Key Responsibilities • Design and implement GxP-compliant GA4 analytics architecture aligned with 21 CFR Part 11 • Create and maintain validation documents (URS, FS, DS, IQ, OQ, PQ) • Ensure compliance with ALCOA, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and internal security standards • Lead Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation with controlled Dev–QA–Prod pipelines • Build standardized event tracking frameworks for patient, HCP, and marketing platforms • Integrate analytics data with CRM (Veeva/SFDC), clinical systems, and BigQuery • Develop dashboards (Looker Studio/BI tools) ensuring data traceability and audit readiness • Implement consent-driven, privacy-first analytics with anonymization techniques • Set up monitoring, alerts, and compliance checks for data accuracy and tagging Required Qualifications • 12–15 years in digital analytics (Healthcare/Pharma preferred) • Strong expertise in GA4, GTM, JavaScript, SQL, Google Cloud (Compute Engine) • Hands-on experience with GxP, CSV validation, and regulatory compliance • Deep understanding of data privacy laws (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA)
