Role description
Our Robert Half client is a leading institutional fund manager and real estate investment and development organization specializing in data center, residential, industrial, and office assets. The organization is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its team. This is a high-impact, player-coach creative role responsible for end-to-end design execution and production across corporate, data center, and residential platforms. The position plays a critical role in shaping how the organization communicates its value proposition across sales, marketing, investor, and executive audiences, transforming complex technical and financial information into clear, compelling, and visually engaging narratives.
In addition to hands-on design execution, this role will manage external agency partners, ensure brand consistency, and uphold executive-level creative standards across all deliverables. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, visual storyteller, and execution-focused designer who can operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments while supporting senior leadership and strategic business priorities.

β’ One-pagers and case studies
β’ Data center launch collateral
β’ Web and digital content
β’ Translate complex, technical input from multiple stakeholders into clear, credible, and visually compelling narratives
β’ Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure messaging clarity, alignment, and visual consistency across initiatives
β’ Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicting inputs, and drive projects forward with structure and clarity
β’ Own full project lifecycle including timelines, version control, file management, and final delivery readiness
β’ Develop and maintain digital assets for corporate, data center, and residential platforms
β’ Direct external agencies and freelancers, providing clear creative direction and ensuring adherence to brand standards
β’ Build scalable design systems, templates, and visual frameworks to improve efficiency and consistency across teams
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
β’ 10+ years of professional graphic design experience with strong command of design principles and visual storytelling
β’ Strong portfolio demonstrating work across print, digital, and campaign-level design
β’ Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentation design required)
β’ Experience with Google Slides, Acrobat Pro, Dropbox, and SharePoint
β’ Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and digital/web platforms
β’ Strong ability to design persuasive business materials (decks, case studies, one-pagers, landing pages, event collateral)
β’ Proven ability to simplify complex technical or data-heavy information into clear visual narratives
β’ Strong typography, layout, hierarchy, and data visualization skills
β’ Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working independently and with executive stakeholders
