About The Role
At CMS, we're looking for a technically capable and insight-driven Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst to join our growing HR Reporting & Analytics team.
In this role, you'll focus primarily on building out our People Data Model using Workday Prism Analytics and Power BI, helping to unlock the full potential of our workforce. You'll be instrumental in shaping how we use people data-building scalable, automated solutions that provide actionable insights into workforce trends, planning, and performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical foundations to deepen their expertise in Prism Analytics and BI tools within a forward-thinking, data-driven environment.

About You
We're looking for a detail-oriented, technically skilled analyst with a passion for workforce data and a drive to build intelligent, automated solutions.
Essential Skills And Experience
β’ Proven experience in workforce or business data analytics, with the ability to translate business questions into effective data solutions.
β’ Strong working knowledge of Power BI or a similar self-service BI tool.
β’ Hands-on experience in Workday reporting, with a preference for those familiar with Workday Prism Analytics or similar data transformation platforms.
β’ Solid understanding of data structures, data modelling, and ETL principles.
β’ A background in SQL is highly desirable, particularly for those looking to pivot into Workday Prism or similar tools.
β’ Advanced Excel skills for ad hoc analysis and data manipulation.
β’ Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to understand business needs and communicate technical findings clearly.
β’ Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
