Job Overview:
The Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as the primary contact for HRIS requests and play a key role in managing and preparing internally developed HRIS web applications. This position involves recommending and implementing system and process enhancements, creating change management plans, overseeing the design, testing, and deployment of new applications, and providing reporting to senior management. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Responsibilities:
β’ Prepare a variety of standard and ad hoc custom financial, statistical, demographic, and graphic reports related to employee data for compensation administration, HR metrics, EEO/AA, benefit administration, and the employment process.
β’ Administer and maintain multiple databases, ensuring data integrity and generating queries and reports in compliance with corporate standards.
β’ Participate in the administration of the annual compensation process, including configuring performance program plans, reporting, and processing pay increases and incentives.
β’ Lead HRIS duties associated with the preparation, auditing, and reconciliation of benefit billings.
β’ Create, maintain, and support reports for HR staff, Finance, Executives, and others while ensuring data integrity across multiple HRIS systems.
β’ Measure company performance through metrics and trends, using data to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities that impact performance.
β’ Apply an analytical and quantitative approach to problem-solving and identify issues in defining and establishing high-quality reports and metrics.
β’ Determine appropriate, intuitive, and secure delivery methods for metrics, dashboards, and trend information in collaboration with the IT team.
β’ Work directly with the Benefits team to ensure all 401k and Cafeteria enrollments and required testing are completed accurately and timely.
β’ Collaborate with vendors to create, troubleshoot, and maintain data exports.
β’ Identify opportunities for improvements in HRIS systems and processes, recommending changes as necessary.
β’ Configure and maintain workflows, exception paths, and user roles using business logic.
β’ Develop procedures, guidelines, and training documentation, and train new end users and administrators.
β’ Maintain awareness of current trends and best practices with HRIS systems.
Qualifications:
β’ Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or a business-related field, or commensurate experience. HR certifications are preferred.
β’ Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with HRIS systems, reporting, databases, and other HR software.
β’ Skills:
β’ Proven history of successfully completing time-sensitive project work.
β’ Professional appearance and demeanor.
β’ Excellent analytical, technical, planning, and organizational skills.
β’ Advanced Microsoft Excel and relational database knowledge and skills.
β’ Ability to respect and maintain confidential information in a professional manner.
β’ Experience with ADP, OnBase, and Kofax software is preferred but not required.
β’ Positive attitude, team player, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Willingness to handle both basic tasks and high-level strategic projects.
