Location: Remote (UK) or Hybrid (Manchester office, 2 days per week)
Start: Immediate or before December 2025
About the opportunity
We are working with a leading multinational organisation that operates across diverse industries and geographies, known for its scale, innovation, and commitment to people development. This global business is seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join its HR technology team on a fixed-term contract (maternity cover), running until December 2026.
This role offers an immediate start (or start before December) and the flexibility of working fully remote from within the UK, or in a hybrid model with 2 days a week in the Manchester office.
The role
As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will take a key role in managing and optimising the organisation’s HR Information System (SuccessFactors), ensuring its effective use across the business and enabling HR and leaders to make data-driven decisions.
You’ll partner closely with HR teams, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to maintain system integrity, enhance functionality, deliver meaningful reporting and analytics, and support ongoing HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as the primary contact for SuccessFactors administration, security, and system integrity, escalating configuration needs as required.
• Performing complex data management tasks, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and compliance.
• Supporting and optimising HR processes through the effective use of SuccessFactors.
• Preparing and maintaining reporting, with close alignment to Power BI for analytics.
• Delivering system support, user training, and guidance to HR colleagues.
• Partnering with IT and external vendors to manage upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and leverage new system functionality.
About you
We’re looking for a candidate with strong technical and analytical expertise in HR systems, alongside the ability to work collaboratively with HR and business stakeholders. You will be comfortable working in a large, complex, and fast-moving environment, while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy.
Essential skills & experience:
• Degree-level education in HR, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years in an HRIS role, ideally with direct experience of SuccessFactors administration and support.
• Hands-on knowledge of key SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Performance, Learning, Compensation, Recruitment).
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and reporting.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and system configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven environment.
Why apply?
This is a rare opportunity to join a global organisation on a significant contract, offering stability through to December 2026, excellent hybrid/remote flexibility, and the chance to play a crucial role in shaping HR technology and data for a multinational business.
