Position: Senior IT Business Analyst/Product Manager – Supply Chain Operations Location: Monrovia, CA Contract Length: 6-month contract to hire Work Arrangement: Onsite 5 days per week Pay Rate: $80.00 per hour/$160k conversion salary β€’ β€’ Will need to be US Citizen or Green Card Holder for this opportunity β€’ β€’ The IT Senior Business Analyst/Product Managerβ€”Supply Chain Operations oversees the applications that support the Supply Chain and Warehouse Department's operations and processes. They develop a roadmap for the applications based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research, and industry insight. They coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all team members are aligned. This role reports to the IT senior manager of Supply Chain Systems. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: β€’ Own product roadmap, including writing product definitions, driving cross-functional execution, and working with stakeholders and the development team to assess tradeoffs and feasibility β€’ Establishes performance goals, develops measurable performance standards, and establishes necessary checkpoints to monitor progress on projects and Kaizens. β€’ Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, driving strategy and capabilities while handing off to partner teams for detailed definition when applicable β€’ Set and communicate project timelines and release schedules, and reset expectations when things change β€’ Prioritize effectively, balancing the feature roadmap with tech foundational efforts and bug fixes. β€’ Manages workload by making timely decisions, prioritizing effectively, solving problems, monitoring results, and taking remedial action as necessary for project teams. β€’ Manages partner and vendor relationships for support. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, process-light environment with a continuous focus on the customer experience and delivering business value. Qualifications: β€’ 6+ years of experience as a senior product manager, product owner, or tech product manager is required. β€’ Experience managing product roadmap with multiple projects and ongoing activities. β€’ Experience in creating high-level design visualizations and documentation to effectively communicate designs and solutions, including BRD, FDD, EPIC, and user stories. β€’ Experience creating business process improvement documentation by modeling and mapping as-is and to-be processes. β€’ Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, including senior leadership, both within and external to the organization, to achieve goals. β€’ Ability to influence and break down silos within an organization as well as across organizations. β€’ Excellent critical and strategic thinking. β€’ Advanced degree or equivalent work experience. β€’ Extensive experience in Supply Chain Operations and Warehouse Management (traditional, not 3PL).
