Join a dynamic team to drive impactful HR system initiatives focused on Workday, US Payroll, and Benefits Integration. Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and ensure compliance and usability.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate on HR systems projects, align solutions with business needs.
Document requirements, analyze processes/data, and support testing.
Lead stakeholder engagement and enable business process improvements.
Requirements: Must Have:
8+ years as a Business Analyst (10+ yearsβ professional experience)
HR, US Payroll, Workday, and Benefits Integration expertise
Agile delivery experience and excellent communication skills
CBAP or PMI-PBA certification highly preferred
