We’re looking for a Senior Innovation Technologist — a hybrid professional who blends technical expertise with creative vision to prototype, experiment, and build innovative digital experiences that push boundaries. About the Role As a Senior Innovation Technologist, you will collaborate across teams to bring bold, experimental ideas to life. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to develop prototypes, interactive experiences, and immersive solutions that redefine how people interact with tech. You will act as the bridge between creative concepts and technical implementation — using technology as your medium to solve real-world challenges and deliver memorable digital projects. What You will Do Rapidly prototype using code, electronics, sensors, AI/ML, AR/VR, and immersive tools Partner with designers, developers, strategists, and creatives to deliver experimental digital solutions Bring innovative concepts from ideation to implementation Build immersive experiences across industries such as advertising, media, product innovation, events and museums Leverage data, generative AI, and advanced cloud solutions to drive real business impact Example Initiatives You Could Work On: • Using AI to accelerate software delivery lifecycles • IoT data for continuous underwriting and pricing optimization • Hyper-personalized loan products with smart pricing logic • Cost-optimized multichannel journey management tools What We are Looking For • Proven experience in prototyping and innovation projects • Strong technical foundation in modern development and cloud architecture • A creative mindset with passion for experiential technology • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-disciplinary teams • Comfortable turning ambiguity into tangible, working solutions Key Skills & Technologies • Cloud: GCP architecture, Kubernetes (K8s), scalable deployment • Coding: JavaScript, Python, Java (or equivalent) • UX/UI fundamentals and human-centered design understanding • AI/ML & generative design experience • Immersive tech familiarity (Unity, AR/VR, sensors & interactive tech)
