What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead Integration Development: Build secure, scalable integrations between TPM, ERP, finance, and analytics platforms.
• Shape Integration Architecture: Own integration design and strategy, including data transformation and orchestration.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work directly with TPM vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely data flow aligned with commercial planning.
• Monitoring & Alerting: Set up and maintain tools to ensure data integrity and integration performance.
• Technical Documentation: Keep integration and API documentation clear, comprehensive, and up to date.
• Strategy & Roadmap Input: Contribute to shaping the digital integration roadmap.
• Mentor & Uplift: Guide junior engineers and help build digital capability across the team.

• Experienced with middleware/integration platforms like Azure Logic Apps, Mulesoft, or Boomi.
• Strong grasp of commercial/financial workflows – trade accruals, deductions, forecasting.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• A valid UK driving licence (essential due to site travel requirements).
Bonus Points For
