Senior IT Solutions Analyst: Senior Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Developer • Contract-to-Hire | Remote (First 6 months) → Relocation to Ohio Required After We are partnering with a large, enterprise transportation organization to hire a Senior Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) / IT Solutions Developer to support and evolve a mission-critical transportation platform used by thousands of users nationwide. This is a hands-on, technical OTM role, not a functional or business analyst position. The team is specifically seeking someone who can code, configure, debug, and own OTM at a technical level. Work Arrangement: • Remote for the first ~6 months (contract period) • Relocation to Ohio required upon conversion (non-negotiable) • Relocation assistance available What You’ll Be Doing: • Hands-on PL/SQL development and advanced OTM configuration • Designing, building, and supporting agents, workflows, and automation • Supporting a live, high-volume transportation platform • Working across shipment planning, execution, dispatch, and fleet operations • Building and maintaining integrations (ERP, WMS, telematics, external partners) • Supporting an active OTM cloud migration (6.4 → 6.5) • Owning solutions end-to-end in a small, highly visible technical team This role has real ownership as you will design solutions from scratch, troubleshoot production issues, and see immediate operational impact. Core OTM Areas You’ll Touch: • Shipment Planning & Optimization • Fleet Management (drivers, equipment, dispatch, HOS/ELD) • Execution & Dispatch • Agents & Workflows (automation is critical here) • Integration Framework (XML, web services, middleware) • Transportation Financials & Settlement • Compliance & Reporting / Analytics Details: • Contract-to-hire (~6 months) • USC or Green Card required • Clear growth path toward OTM Architect
