Salary: Up to £130k + Bonus
Location: Hybrid (London)
Experience: 6-20 years
Sells: Cutting-edge tech, ownership of multiple greenfield projects, no red tape, a friendly/collaborative environment, beautiful offices!
A scaling FinTech is looking for an experience Kafka Engineer/Java Developer to join a top-tier team.
The team is made up of some really smart individuals who have worked at some great firms. They are passionate about TDD, and good quality code.
This team have an unlimited tech budget and promote a great culture!
Role:
• Working as part of a team of engineers looking after cutting edge infrastructure
• Working on greenfield projects
• Being a key member of a team working on distributed systems
• Mentoring jr engineers
Skills:
• 6-20 years experience with Java
• A passion for the highest quality code
• Knowledge of low latency java is a huge plus (or at least an interest in working with it)
• Extensive Kafka experience
• Hadoop experience is a distinct advantage
