Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for classification, prediction, natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation systems. • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to integrate models into production systems. • Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines using MLOps best practices. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and uncover insights for model training and optimization. • Experiment with state-of-the-art AI techniques including deep learning, transformers, reinforcement learning, and generative AI. • Conduct performance testing and model validation to ensure reliability, accuracy, and fairness. • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, and propose innovative solutions. • Contribute to model monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle management in a cloud environment. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 2+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning and AI development. • Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and pandas. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and machine learning services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI). • Familiarity with deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, and transformers. • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. • Solid grasp of software development practices including version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
