β’ Robert Half's pharma agency client is seeking an Analytics & Insights Manager to lead strategic data initiatives across segmentation, targeting, media, CRM, and customer behavior analytics. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, media, strategy, and creative teams to deliver insights that drive performance and align with business goals. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on analytics experience, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
β’ Will be managing 3-5 people
β’ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead and mentor junior analysts in data extraction, QA, and visualization
β’ Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and performance insights
β’ Develop dashboards and reports using advanced visualization tools
β’ Oversee tagging implementation (GTM, UTM) and media analytics
β’ Align marketing analytics with campaign KPIs and business objectives
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic planning and reporting
Required Experience:
