β€’ This is a REMOTE, CONTRACT opportunity β€’ β€’ PHARMA AGENCY experience is REQUIRED β€’ β€’ Must have managerial experience β€’ Robert Half's pharma agency client is seeking an Analytics & Insights Manager to lead strategic data initiatives across segmentation, targeting, media, CRM, and customer behavior analytics. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, media, strategy, and creative teams to deliver insights that drive performance and align with business goals. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on analytics experience, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. β€’ Will be managing 3-5 people β€’ Key Responsibilities: β€’ Lead and mentor junior analysts in data extraction, QA, and visualization β€’ Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and performance insights β€’ Develop dashboards and reports using advanced visualization tools β€’ Oversee tagging implementation (GTM, UTM) and media analytics β€’ Align marketing analytics with campaign KPIs and business objectives β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic planning and reporting Required Experience: β€’ β€’ PHARMA AGENCY experience is REQUIRED β€’ β€’ 3–6 years in marketing analytics or related fields β€’ Experience with client-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration Technical Skills: β€’ Analytics Platforms: Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Datorama β€’ Digital Tools: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics β€’ Programming & Data: SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, cloud storage solutions β€’ Other Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, survey/research platforms
