Required Qualifications • 5+ years in analytics consulting, management consulting, or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience partnering directly with Data Science teams to deliver healthcare insights. • Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (commercial, clinical, or market access analytics). • Proven background delivering project-based outputs to pharma or healthcare clients, including executive-level presentations. • Experience driving program management for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. • Strong understanding of analytical frameworks and healthcare data context. • Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa. • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across business and technical teams. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft polished narratives from complex datasets. • Experience with Excel for data manipulation and comfort with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). • Expertise in building professional PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with medical and pharmacy claims data. • Proficiency in SQL (plus). • Exposure to predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced analytics applied to healthcare datasets. Education • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required. • Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, Business, or a related field preferred.
