Be a part of something special! Education Requirements • Master's degree and eleven (11) years of relevant experience. Or alternatively, a Bachelor's degree and thirteen (13) years of relevant experience. • A degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, and/or other IT degree is required for this position. • Engineering, math, and science degrees are acceptable substitute degrees Required Skills • Experience in a business analyst role. • Strong communication skills, including experience facilitating requirements analysis and functional design working sessions. • Experience with Axure is preferred. • Experience developing mockups using Visio. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others. • Experience with business process re-engineering. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks. • Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques. • Strong consultative and advisory skills. • Must be a self-directed, self-sufficient analyst with demonstrated initiative, sense of urgency, and ability to come up to speed as a subject matter expert in a very short timeframe, gaining customer confidence. • Effective interpersonal skills, especially with senior leadership. • Experience working in scrum development environment. • Experience managing requirements in JIRA • Experience in Quality Assurance and Application Software Testing. • Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle. • Ability to produce Test Plan, Test design, Scenarios, Test cases, Test Reports, Test Metrics and Defect Reports. • Proficient in Integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, 508 testing, performance testing, and User Acceptance Testing. • Proficient in both manual and automated testing process. • Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) preferred. • Experience in Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). • Experience with Selenium, SortSite, SiteImprove and JMeter tools preferred. • Excellent communication skills and analytical skills.
