Role description
Position Title: Oracle Developer Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA OR Strongsville, OH Ability to work remote: Hybrid Required - 3 days in office, 2 remote Acceptable time zone(s): EST Days of the week: Monday-Friday Working Hours: 8am-5pm Intended length of Assignment: Through 12/31/2025 Contract to Hire, W2 Function of the Group: Mitigating Risk and Regulatory Reporting Initiatives/Projects: Applications under liability management, liquidity reporting and market risk Industry background: Prior banking, specifically in risk is strongly preferred Team Dynamic: Interacting with the larger team – crew size is around 30 present day Roles and Responsibilities: β€’ Full stack development β€’ Understanding the application β€’ Support the application β€’ Make enhancements – take it to the next version Must Have Technical Skills: Level 2 – 5-8+ years experience preferred by HM: β€’ Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries & PL-SQL code in Oracle, along with experience in financial applications. β€’ Strong proficiency in performance tuning in Oracle, advanced debugging of Oracle code, designing dimensional and normalized data models β€’ Strong relational database (Oracle) experience Flex Skills/Nice to Have: β€’ Informatica β€’ Teradata β€’ SQL Loader Soft Skills: Communication with upper management
