Role description
Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities:
• Provide maintenance, enhancement, and support for a variety of the agency’s business applications.
• Develop, document, and enhance program requirements, schemas, and dependencies.
• Write and optimize PL/SQL queries, DDL/DML scripts, and Oracle database objects.
• Maintain Oracle Forms, PHP reports, and support data migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing, issue resolution, and deployment.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years with Oracle databases (PL/SQL, DDL, DML, performance tuning).
• 3+ years with Oracle Forms and database/SQL performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of relational database design, query tools (TOAD, SQL Developer), and database security.
• Experience with financial data and accounting-related processes.
• Familiarity with CI tools (preferably Jenkins) and ISDM methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
• Oracle certification(s).
• Experience with PHP, XML, CSS, JQuery, or modern JS frameworks.
• Experience using Git and Agile/Scrum practices.
Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and environmental regulatory business processes
