Role description
Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities: β€’ Provide maintenance, enhancement, and support for a variety of the agency’s business applications. β€’ Develop, document, and enhance program requirements, schemas, and dependencies. β€’ Write and optimize PL/SQL queries, DDL/DML scripts, and Oracle database objects. β€’ Maintain Oracle Forms, PHP reports, and support data migrations. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing, issue resolution, and deployment. Required Skills & Experience: β€’ 7+ years with Oracle databases (PL/SQL, DDL, DML, performance tuning). β€’ 3+ years with Oracle Forms and database/SQL performance optimization. β€’ Strong knowledge of relational database design, query tools (TOAD, SQL Developer), and database security. β€’ Experience with financial data and accounting-related processes. β€’ Familiarity with CI tools (preferably Jenkins) and ISDM methodologies. Preferred Skills: β€’ Oracle certification(s). β€’ Experience with PHP, XML, CSS, JQuery, or modern JS frameworks. β€’ Experience using Git and Agile/Scrum practices. Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and environmental regulatory business processes
