Job Title: Senior Oracle Integration & VBCS Developer Location: Remote Role Employment Type: Contract Seniority Level: Senior (15+ years’ experience Required) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Developer with deep expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and PL/SQL to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, strong hands-on development skills, and the ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery in collaboration with cross-functional business and technical teams. Responsibilities Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service): · Design and develop web and mobile applications using Oracle VBCS. · Build responsive UIs, workflows, and reusable components aligned with business requirements. · Integrate VBCS applications with backend systems via APIs and OIC. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): · Architect, design, and implement integrations between Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM) and on-premise/third-party applications. · Develop integration flows, adapters, and orchestration using OIC. · Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration processes for performance and reliability. PL/SQL Development: · Write complex PL/SQL stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages for Oracle databases. · Optimize SQL queries for performance tuning and scalability. · Ensure database security, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards. Leadership & Collaboration: · Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle VBCS and OIC technologies. · Work closely with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. · Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers. Key Skills & Qualifications · 15+ years of overall IT experience in Oracle technologies. · Strong expertise in Oracle VBCS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and PL/SQL. · Experience integrating Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) with on-premise or cloud solutions. · Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and web services integration. · Knowledge of Oracle ADF, Oracle SOA Suite, or BPM is a plus. · Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. · Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders. · Oracle certifications in VBCS, OIC, or related technologies preferred. Nice to Have · Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). · Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and version control (Git, Jenkins).
