Role Title: Senior Platform Developer Type of contract: W2 Location: Remote Note: This is a W-2 employee position on our payroll. Unfortunately, 1099/C2C/C2H is not allowed at this time. Job Description: The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform development, and Azure integration, with a strong understanding of data governance, security, and lifecycle management. The role requires hands-on experience in building, customizing, and integrating Dynamics-based enterprise applications while adhering to high standards of software quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM, ERP, Finance, Operations) to meet evolving business and technical needs. β€’ Build and extend functionalities using custom plug-ins, workflows, Power pages, Power Automate flows, and JavaScript, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability. β€’ Develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Apps Portals, applying responsive design and advanced portal customizations. β€’ Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems, legacy applications, and Azure-based services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions) using APIs, REST services, and custom connectors. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into efficient technical designs and deployment strategies. β€’ Utilize Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD, automated testing, and source control, ensuring efficient delivery and version management. β€’ Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and quality assurance to maintain solution reliability, scalability, and compliance with standards such as HIPAA, NIST, and GDPR. β€’ Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, configuration guides, and ALM process documentation. β€’ Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to ensure system uptime and stability. β€’ Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development lifecycle and governance framework. Required Skills & Qualifications: β€’ 5– 7 years of professional experience developing and supporting applications on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (CRM/ERP). β€’ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM configuration, customization, and solution development. β€’ Minimum 4 years of experience developing solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps),Power Pages and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI). β€’ Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Liquid for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development. β€’ Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security model, authentication mechanisms, and API integrations. β€’ Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including managed/unmanaged solutions, deployment automation, and version control. β€’ Demonstrated ability to deliver secure, high-performing solutions that align with enterprise architecture principles. β€’ Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and communication skills to work collaboratively with business and IT teams. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and other middleware integration patterns. β€’ Familiarity with DevOps pipelines for automated build and deployment of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform components. β€’ Experience using Power BI for analytics, visualization, and executive reporting dashboards integrated with Dynamics 365. β€’ Exposure to Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Boards. β€’ Prior experience working within public sector or social service domains, particularly in child welfare or human services projects.
