Responsibilities:
• Design and develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Create custom business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Integrate data from SQL Server, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure, and more.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
• Document solutions and support production systems.
Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Proficient in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL Server, Microsoft Dataverse, Azure (ADF, Synapse), and SharePoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (W2 only).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform.
