This role involves building impactful data visualizations and models, delivering insights that drive decision-making. You’ll work in a collaborative, remote environment focused on engineering effective data solutions and delivering reports that matter. Responsibilities • Design and develop complex dimensional data models. • Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI. • Build and deploy scripts using Python, M, and DAX. • Conduct deep-dive analysis to extract business-critical insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape data visualization strategies. • Maintain quality standards in data reporting, modeling, and version control. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in data analytics. • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, dashboard design, and report writing. • 4+ years scripting with Python, M, and DAX. • Ability to independently execute complex projects and deliver results. Preferred Skills • Experience with SAS datasets (.sas7bdat). • Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket, Jira, and government environments. • Knowledge of other BI tools like SAP and Tableau. Work Hours • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CT). • Some after-hours work may be required with prior approval.
