Job Summary (Sr. Power BI Developer - World Bank)
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of business intelligence (BI) solutions using Power BI.
• Develop advanced data models and create insightful dashboards and reports.
• Utilize advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, to deliver accurate and actionable analytics.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and visualize complex datasets.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, including joins, CTEs, and window functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Establish and promote BI best practices across the organization.
• Work onsite 4 days a week at Washington, DC location.
• Engage in long-term projects (12+ months) with opportunities for leadership and process improvement.
