Role description
Role: Senior Power BI Engineer/Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 1+ Months Contract (160 hours)
Scope:
Seeking a Senior Power BI Engineer/Developer to lead the restoration and modernization of Production Performance dashboard, a mission‑critical tool providing visibility into manufacturing operations. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of the dashboard—from assessing the current state and repairing data pipelines, to rebuilding the data model, redefining key production KPIs, and delivering a clear, reliable reporting experience for plant and leadership stakeholders.
Must Have Skills
• Advanced Power BI data modeling, DAX, performance tuning
• Strong SQL and relational modeling to build semantic models
• Dashboard UX for decision-ready performance views
• Stakeholder communication, UAT support, and technical documentation
Nice to Have Skills
• KPI design and validation for yield, throughput, cycle time, OEE, etc.
• Build and repair data pipelines from multiple production data sources
• Manufacturing/OEE analytics background
• Experience mentoring or leading BI developers
